Wiser Ventures provides digital consulting, marketing strategy, and business growth services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline for each engagement are agreed individually with the client, typically by way of a written proposal or scope of work.

Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a binding engagement. An engagement begins once a proposal or scope of work has been agreed in writing between Wiser Ventures and the client.

Fees and Payment

All fees are shown in AUD and are as set out in the agreed proposal or scope of work. A deposit may be required before work begins on a consulting engagement, as agreed in the individual scope of work. Payment is handled by our payment providers.

Delivery of Services

Wiser Ventures does not sell or ship physical products. All services are delivered remotely and digitally. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, deposits, and refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver an effective engagement, clients agree to provide accurate information about their business, respond to reasonable requests for information in a timely manner, and use any advice or materials provided in accordance with the agreed scope.

Business Hours

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST, and we aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by Wiser Ventures or its licensors. Deliverables provided as part of a paid engagement may be used by the client for their own business purposes, but Wiser Ventures retains ownership of underlying frameworks, methodologies, and templates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us during an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the engagement or as required by law.

Disclaimer

Our consulting and marketing services are provided on the basis of the information available at the time. We do not guarantee specific business or marketing outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control.
