Wiser Ventures is a consulting and marketing services business. We do not sell or ship physical products, so this policy explains how consulting deliverables are provided rather than how goods are shipped.

How Deliverables Are Provided

All services provided by Wiser Ventures are delivered remotely and digitally. Depending on the engagement, this may include video or phone calls, written strategy documents, reports, marketing plans, or other digital materials sent by email.

There is no physical shipping involved in any Wiser Ventures engagement, and no shipping fees apply.

Delivery of Digital Materials

Where an engagement includes written deliverables (such as a strategy document or report), these are sent to the email address provided at the start of the engagement. Timeframes for delivery are agreed individually as part of each engagement's scope of work.

Availability

Wiser Ventures currently provides consulting services to clients based in Queensland, Australia and elsewhere in Australia. International engagements may be considered on a case-by-case basis; please contact us to discuss availability.
